- EMErnestine Mbus4 days ago1.0The worker (Black light skin) at the first station by the main door is SO RUDE. She treated my package like trash and ripped the label just because I didn't tape it securely. She could have told me nicely but she was so disrespectful at the point that she asked me not to go there anymore if I can't follow the rules and called the Police on me. Can you imagine? And I am sure that all the bad reviews here are related to that same worker. But she is still working there with that arrogant attitude.

Two women who work at the desk in the afternoon time are very rude, not helpful at all, and unable to assist with basic procedures of trying to ship a product. Every time I come to this postal office, I’m always having problems where the front desk representatives are not able to help me at all, They give me more work to do As a customer who’s coming to seek assistance, they should be the ones to help but no, they’re making us do the work for them because they’re too lazy to do it. Very horrible customer service
