- TPTroy PayetteAug 11, 20261.0I’d honestly rather go to the dentist than deal with the attitude at this store. I’ve been here a couple of times because it’s convenient and close by, but the customer service has been disappointing every time. I’d prefer to go somewhere else in the future.

She's nice to those that she knows but everybody else you might as well just get used to the lazy no service person she really is. She does it because she can. I don't know if she thinks being a postal clerk makes her important, it doesn't you're a clerk baby girl. You're not curing cancer - you're processing paperwork. Get over yourself sweet cheeks. Needless to say we didn't experience this rudeness at the Woodbridge post office.

The staff treated customers with little to no respect, and it felt as though helping people was an inconvenience rather than their job. Questions were met with impatience, and basic courtesy seemed completely absent. The atmosphere was unfriendly, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. If employees dislike dealing with customers that much, they may want to reconsider whether customer-facing work is the right fit for them.
