- DODeeb OweisAug 1, 20262.0Took 2 items to return to Amazon. The lady I talked to in the am was clueless . She measured the two items and said will cost you $52. Cause we need to pack it. I said I will pack it she said then we will charge you $42. I said but this goes back to Amazon prime and I have the return authorization, she responded even before I see what authorization you have you must be $42. I do not recommend anyone using this branch due to that ladies handling of my situation. Went to another ups branch and they were very helpful finished the job I. Less than 3 minutes and I wasn’t charged a penny.

I needed to print documents containing my personal information, so I couldn’t just email them to someone else to print. It was frustrating that there wasn’t a working computer available for such a basic service. I hope they fix the issue and provide a more reliable printing experience for customers.
