I recently interacted with the Adecco Dulles office regarding a general labor opportunity and spoke with Anita Cortez, who identified herself as a recruiter supervisor. Before making a decision, I asked how my information had been obtained and requested that the job description be emailed to me for review. I was told my information was already in Adecco's system, but no additional clarification was provided, and my request for written job details was declined.
As I continued asking reasonable questions, the conversation became increasingly tense. I felt that I was interrupted several times, and the opportunity was ultimately withdrawn because I was told I was not a good fit. I understand recruiters often work under tight timelines, but I believe applicants should be able to ask questions and receive clear information before committing to a position. While I don't question the legitimacy of Adecco or the opportunity itself, I was disappointed by how the interaction was handled and hope future applicants are met with greater transparency and professionalism.

I’m having a great experience with Adecco. Everything is smooth with my employer , communication is great. Marquita helps and communicates well to make sure everything is smooth on my end with my employer. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.

Outstanding Agency! They took great care of me and I ended up getting hired to a full time career.
