- KJKadeem JonesJun 8, 20265.0As a business owner who has to ship a lot of packages, this is my favorite Post Office to use. Rick Faults makes this place so amazing to do business with. Honestly, he’s the first and only person to ACTUALLY help make the whole shipping process faster and easier. Shipping has always been my least favorite part of being an online merchant but not anymore. Now, I walk in and out the post office with a smile. I would actually suggest management have him train some others around there… It’s the little things that make the big differences and he seems to know more about the things that matte most.
