- NDNorma DolqueistMay 12, 20261.0I moved to the area a few months ago and started having problems getting mail and forget about getting any packages. I didn't know that Amazon passed off packages to USPS for deliveries. I paid extra for Amazon for free shipping and then have them pass my packages to USPS and have to wait longer and then find a notification that they were unable to deliver my packages because they would not fit in the mailbox. Ihad to wait five days for a package that Amazon said would be livered the following day. I have a question why did I fill out a form at the post office to have all my packages delivered to my house not my mailbox? Right after I did that I got my packages to the house and now suddenly they can't be deliver. I'm a in home caregiver and now I have to bring my handicap son with me to go into town to pick up my packages. Explain that for me.

- DCDaniel CambriaSep 17, 20251.0I don't understand the lying to shippers saying I requested packages to be held, or state it's out for delivery then later pretending there's no access to my driveway, or saying packages were delivered at mailbox when I gotta pick them up. What really gets me is i was there today to pick up packages that were at the post office, just to get home then it's magically there all the sudden, why not just give it to me the 1st time? I love making two 40 mile round trips a day after paying for shipping.
