They are crooks. TO THE CLERKS HERE, PLEASE REVIEW THE AGREEMENT THE USPS HAS WITH EBAY IN REGARDS TO ESUS ENVELOPES. You don't have to the right to arbitrarily charge more. There is actually an agreement in place with eBay on these envelopes.
