- TATD Acct3 days ago1.0Disgruntled and argumentative manager, last name Patel. Customer brought in two items to ship, which needed to be scanned. The manager insisted she leave the items there, and the customer conveyed she just needed them to be scanned and receive a receipt. The manager immediately became irate, yelling that he was going to do his job. The only thing that could calm* him down was that I, a bystander, stepped in to suggest it was a misunderstanding. This older gentleman lacks the ability to handle a simple transaction, and is incapable of communicating clearly.
