  Awesome experience, they where willing to help create non profit flyers. The workers were so nice and kind. Very respectful.

  They deserve 0 stars but so i can make this post I'm going to go ahead and put a one star. However, I visited this store on the 7th of this month so i can send off a package and however the package was returned. I asked why and they stated it was because the address was wrong after mind you going over the address more then 3 or 4 times and it was also on the letter itself that i have presented to him. If the guy wasn’t taking me at the time and not finishing up with me before he takes the next customer he wouldn’t have ran into a problem. I go today May 17 and he asking me where a label on the package came from and did i bring the envelope in like that which I said no i purchased everything from y'all don’t you remember and he said no which is probably right because there is tons of folks that walk in and out of there all day. The fact you’re asking a customer where a label came from is beyond me especially when you should have seen the problem when you seen there was four different labels on the package. They should have accepted that they was wrong and just fixed the error instead of arguing and yelling. I must say the folks that walked in before me and overheard the disagreement said this happen to them before and it’s always with the same gentleman and with that being said this store needs to find a new manager bc clearly this one isnt working if it’s a consistent problem.

  UPS broke a jar in one of my dad’s packages even after being securely packaged so this time he simply asked for fragile stickers and apparently red hair girl got a passive aggressive attitude yanking fragile stickers and huffing. Idk we constantly hear use fedex instead for this reason. usually UPS is more convenient but a have dealt with attitude a couple of times from ladies at this location. The guys are always very nice and accommodating though.

  Literally terrible customer service, young man at the counter was extremely disrespectful and seems to think it is ok to argue with customers and say inappropriate things under his breath.

  I’ve been visiting this store for several years. I occasionally have music equipment transactions and have always found Dave and staff helpful and proficient. It’s the proficiency that is always my main judge of a store. Cheers and smiles mean nothing if your package doesn’t make it in one piece. When shipping a musical instrument things must be packaged superbly. I take them in sometimes completely bare of a box. Dave and co. do their thing and the buyers always contact me back with praise of the packaging. I also have found that the Culpeper store is far superior to the Warrenton store, where one leaves feeling a bit taken advantage off, cost wise. Great store! Highly recommended!
