I go there, they don't have boxes so I have to go back and get my own box, I come back, they can't take my package because they need me to print out the label myself. You're telling me I have to make a third trip just to drop off a small little package that I can hold in one hand???? I can't believe I had to drive there three times just to drop off a little package. who knows maybe on this third trip there will be another issue that'll force me to go to another usps.

Go in to purchase a box to ship, the lady at the desk is to worried about talking to another associate to help me or answer my questions,tells me to go home and find a box. I have to grab a box 2x bigger than one I needed and as I'm standing at the desk to purchase it, she asks another customer to cut in front of me and helps him. I felt like I was not wanted and my time was not wanted. This has been my experience the 12 years of living here, and why I usually travel out of my way to use the store in Gore.

Do you not honor this any more or is it just lack of Job performance .I guess your staff is so under paid these days you get what you pay for. maybe we should up the prices of USPS so we can receive at least some kind of service that we can depend on. But really I don't think it would help. Ban all cell phone activity on the routes would be a start and checking turn around times for pick up and delivery on the routes. Supervision++
