- JJjaylinMay 27, 20261.0whoever was working may 26 (yesterday) was COMPLETELY dismissive towards customers. i came in at 4:30 pm, and i really do understand having a bad and hard time at work, so i try to be sympathetic, but never in my customer service experience have i ever been this rude to ANYONE! even during hard times and while getting yelled at. this woman was saying things like she didn’t have time to do certain things, rolling eyes at customers coming in the door, and i understand it’s 30 minutes before closing, but it doesn’t take that long to kindly help someone out and send them on their way. i wasn’t dirtying up any equipment, i wasn’t being rude or hateful, all i needed was to get 2 packages scanned, buy some tape and send out envelopes. she didn’t have to clean anything or do any hard labor whatsoever. ended up taking maybe 10 minutes in TOTAL. i understand we’re all tired working in this economy, but when you sign up for a job, you have to do it and do it correctly. if i treated someone like this where i worked, i would be written up or fired. point blank.
