  I want to share my experience with the UPS Store near Southpark Mall in Colonial Heights because I’m frustrated and still have no answers. I dropped off all five bottles of lotion for an Amazon return and received drop-off receipts. Amazon showed that the return was on its way and issued my refund. Later, I received an email saying only one bottle had been received, and I was charged again for the remaining items. When I went back to the store, the manager told me all five bottles had been placed in the same bag. My question is: If all five were sent together, why does Amazon say it received only one? Where are the other four? Unfortunately, I threw away my receipts after receiving the refund because I thought the return was complete. Now, UPS says it cannot help without the receipts, and Amazon has told me it cannot resolve the issue either. I don’t know where the other four bottles went missing, but I know I handed over all five. I should not be left paying for items I returned. I plan to contact my bank to dispute the charges. Based on this experience, I will not use that location again. Please keep your return receipts until everything is fully resolved—even after your refund arrives.

  Employees very rude, don't greet or look at you, or if they look at you it's with annoyance. Locked me in the store before closing time and after I tried to unlock the deadbolt for like 10 seconds, yelled at me "turn to the right and push!". I know y'all wanna leave but damn, at least don't make me feel like you hate me for coming in and scanning my own packages in.

  Paid $5.99 to have my package routed to this location for pick up, only to find out this location charges $5 for each day you do not pick up your order. I’ve used other UPS locations and never had this to happen. When choosing this location online, there was no verbiage regarding a fee.

  I want to give a huge shout-out to the two wonderful ladies working at The UPS Store in Colonial Heights, VA! ❤️ After I was turned away at the UPS Store in Chester, VA and told that I needed an appointment to have my fingerprints done, I was frustrated and unsure of what to do. Thankfully, I called the Colonial Heights location, and these two ladies were incredibly kind and helpful. They simply told me, “Come on down!” — and they took care of me. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made such a difference. They didn't make me feel like an inconvenience or send me somewhere else; they genuinely wanted to help me get what I needed done. Thank you both for your outstanding customer service! You turned what started as a frustrating experience into a very positive one. The Colonial Heights location is lucky to have employees who treat customers with such kindness and professionalism. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you're looking for a UPS Store where people actually care about helping their customers, I highly recommend this location!
