- CSCatie Soloe2 days ago1.0I went in to make copies for a school assignment using the self-service copier/scanner. I scanned and copied a single-page document using the enclosure not the feeder on top, but all 15 copies printed sideways and cut off half the page. I approached the counter politely to ask if they could either reprint them correctly or provide a refund. Before I could even fully explain the issue, the employee with dirty blonde hair in a tight bun cut me off and immediately said, “Yeah, this is because you put it in incorrectly. How many copies did you have?” When I tried to explain that there were no clear directions on how to place the document, she responded with, “Yeah there is, right on the top.” After the interaction, I went back to the copier to double-check the instructions she claimed were posted, and there were absolutely no directions anywhere on the machine. Mistakes happen, and I would have completely understood that. The problem was the rude and dismissive attitude when I had been nothing but polite. If you’re going to speak to customers that way, at least make sure the information you’re giving is actually correct.
