Yet another package we have to go pick up! This is unacceptable honestly. USPS Coeburn continues to do this and it seems like we’re not the only ones. Is something going to change here? Can we not order anything and expect it to come to our house?

And yet again, I had a scheduled pickup and have surveillance footage of the mailman looking over but then deciding they didn't feel like getting out of the car! In the notes I even pleaded to please really pick it up because it's contained my grandson's birthday present. I clearly needed that service, otherwise, with all the negative experiences I've had over the years, I would have brought it to USPS or even would have delivered it myself, but I'm too sick to even walk to my mailbox and I do not have a vehicle available at all times! One would think that USPS locations would be a little stricter on the notorious laziness masked as not seeing - but they do get the notifications and I feel like customers should then get a free upgrade to overnight shipping, but that will never ever happen! I've had broken merchandise from the mailman crushing a box to fit inside the mailbox and so many failed pickups that it really ought to count for USPS in Coeburn to do something about it. Oh, how I wish I could post the surveillance footage from various instances of laziness!!!

Will not answer phone. Delivery says box is full when it’s empty.

Have had same mail box for over 50 years. Some websites you order from, you have to put your physical address along with your box number. SO, now, if the packages come thru with your PHYSICAL address on them AND your box number, they WILL send them back to sender. We have ALWAYS for YEARS ordered like this. What if it's medicine we have to have???!!! This is NOT right!!

Always getting tracking for my packages screwed up, constantly says ready for pickup and when I get there there is nothing in my bbox. The staff act dumbfounded when asked about it. Shipping my packages to random places, having to run to three different addresses to get my packages, and putting other people's mail in my box when the addresses are clearly marked. Not a happy camper. You pay extra for priority shipping to get low quality delivery.
