And yet even though I have it set to hold packages they still send them out with the mail carrier. I don’t know what incompetent person is in charge of this place but they really need to do better in pretty much every aspect of this place.
- TDThe DudeApr 2, 20251.0I'm an ebayer seller and had a package shipped that a Clintwood resident was to receive. Package got marked as out for delivery then never got delivered. I filed a missing package claim while the buyer and I tried numerous times to get ahold of the post office. The buyer was told by a woman there she remembers seeing it and would look into it and get back to him. They never called him back. I was told the postmaster Kody would look into it and call us both back. He never did. They are very hard to get them to answer their phone. The seller talked to I believe a Heather who said the postmaster was still looking into things and would get back to him. He ended up getting a copy and pasted email saying they couldn't locate the package and to file a claim. I did not receive anything even though I am the one who filed the missing package claim nor did they update it in tracking as actually lost. I guarantee you as my father retired from a bulk mail center in a different state and my delivery driver is a route supervisor that someone clearly stole the package. Kody is not a good postmaster and they should be ashamed if themselves. I hope whoever stole the package gets karma one day.
