  I would give zero stars if possible for this specific store. The staff is amazing but manager Aj Parikh is not qualified at all.He has exhibited a consistently rude demeanor towards us and our neighbors. On multiple occasions, he has refused to process our Amazon packages, citing his preference for following his own instructions rather than adhering to the Amazon return label guidelines. This has resulted in heated arguments, during which he has asserted his authority as the store owner and his right to make unilateral decisions. I believe that Mr. Parikh lacks the necessary qualifications to represent UPS effectively. As a representative of my neighbors, I can attest to the fact that his attitude has caused significant inconvenience. We have been forced to drive additional distances to visit a different UPS store to avoid his presence.

  I recently spoke with AJ over the phone, and even though I wasn’t a customer, he took the time to answer my questions and share insights about how his UPS Store operates. I explained that I’m conducting market research on The UPS Store network and how the business model is evolving, and he was incredibly open and thoughtful in discussing the industry, owner sentiment, and what it takes to run a store offering these services. What stood out to me the most—especially as I prepared to write this review—is that AJ responds to almost all Google Reviews. That level of engagement says a lot about the pride he takes in his business, the quality of service he provides, and his commitment to the community he serves.   You can always count on AJ at the UPS store on Union Mill Road to help with all your packing needs. I am a regular there and today I brought in a packing box that completely fell apart as I entered the store. He was kind enough to provide unique packing materials for this large item at no cost and even packed it for me!

  I live closer to another location, but I will always take the trip to go this specific one. Staff is extremely patient while being kind. Drop-offs are quick and easy. Casey specifically was patient in taking my passport photos. I tend to be picky and she gave me a lot of grace for retakes. I was in and out! Thank you.
