  Aj helped me process the Amazon return even though I had it set for whole foods.he was kind enough to go out of his way. Also, I had received a very important fax for my business which I forgot to pick up. But he was really nice and dropped it off at my place. Check out their new time-saving kiosk for all returns

  I ABSOLUTELY love the management and staff at The UPS Store location on Union Mill Road in Clifton! It has become my favorite print shop and mail center, and that's entirely because of the incredible team. Deambre and Casey are, without a doubt, the kindest and most customer-focused people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They consistently go above and beyond to make every visit easy and enjoyable. They always have my emailed print jobs ready by the time I walk through the door, which saves me so much time and makes me feel like truly valued. What impresses me most is their consistency. No matter when I stop by, they're always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. I've honestly never caught either of them on an "off" day—they bring the same positive attitude and exceptional service every single time.
