The lady had an attitude at 9:30 in the morning and when I provided my federal government ID to renew my son’s passport she told me she couldn’t take it and she needed a drivers license or military ID. It baffles me that she could not recognize a government issued ID out of the normal when it specifically stated it on the front of the ID card. People, please don’t not work in customer service if you don’t like to deal with people and USPS, properly train your staff to know what is acceptable identification.

Idk who that rude white lady is that work the front line, but she needs a crash course on customer service and work etiquette. She has a very nasty attitude. Not only did I witness her being rude to her co workers she was rude to customers as well. She stepped to the back to sit on her lazy behind and a manager asked her to get back on the front line she asked her manager “why?” The manager had to explain Skyy had a long line and needed assistance. She doesn’t need to work in the public with a demeanor like that. Shout out to Skyy though she’s theee best!

- JSJade SingletonFeb 4, 20261.0This is the most dreadful, awful post office in the United States of America. They return mail addressed to me constantly citing "address not found." This causes me to have to drive FOUR hours to pick up important documents from a client. No matter what I do, they will not deliver the mail accurately. They ring your door bell, wait 5 seconds and then leave a "we missed you note". It's like they literally hate the public and hate their jobs and hate this country. There used to be some pride in the postal service. This place has absolutely none. Horrific. Just horrific.
