  Store posted hours are apparently not accurate. Went by 3 times in 3 days and the store was always closed even though the hours posted on the window said they should be open.

  I came in the other day and was having a rough time of things. Star was initially busy breaking down boxes but she stopped what she was doing and helped me immediately. She was so helpful and kind and despite being busy she seemed happy to help me. She made an otherwise stressful day a delightful experience and I highly recommend this location because of Star!

  Visit often to make Amazon returns or ship boxes. Young customer service/ cashier yesterday needs further customer service training as do most of the young men working there. They act as if you’re disturbing them and the guy yesterday didn’t say ONE word when I dropped off two returns. I said good morning and had two returns he just scanned my return codes handed me the confirmation slip and nothing. I said thanks have a great day and still nothing. Please train your team. (Read other comments same thing being said).

  Gerald was super helpful with printing the documents I needed for my craft night! He was juggling multiple customers and phone calls at the same time, but still stayed friendly and professional the whole time. I’ve always had a great experience at this store. The team is consistently helpful and easy to work with.
