Star was initially busy breaking down boxes but she stopped what she was doing and helped me immediately. She was so helpful and kind and despite being busy she seemed happy to help me. She made an otherwise stressful day a delightful experience and I highly recommend this location because of Star!

Young customer service/ cashier yesterday needs further customer service training as do most of the young men working there. They act as if you’re disturbing them and the guy yesterday didn’t say ONE word when I dropped off two returns. I said good morning and had two returns he just scanned my return codes handed me the confirmation slip and nothing. I said thanks have a great day and still nothing. Please train your team. (Read other comments same thing being said).
