  I dropped off a package at this UPS store yesterday. I needed to make some copies of some documents and asked how the copy machines worked. Miles, the employee who was waiting on me, said he would make them for me. He took my copies over to the copier and carefully checked whether there was printing on one side or both sides of the sheet. He kept them separate and put them into piles of originals and copies. While he was doing this, he would politely step aside if another employee needed to make some copies for other people who were in line. This was done seamlessly. Every time I’ve gone to the UPS location, it has been very very busy. All of the employees work very hard and as quickly as possible to get everyone through as quickly as they can. I was very impressed with how kind and professional Miles was and wanted them to know that he’s doing an excellent job for them.

  Super easy for drop-offs or shipping. Customer Service is very helpful and friendly.

  The most important reason is that every time I use the services at the location, I get the best service ever, the are kind fast and very professional and reliable to add a KUDOS very respectful…… UPS should be proud of the employees and service these people do for my community!

  Just shipped stuff to Florida. While the price was a little high the staff was SO helpful with picking out a box size and getting me all set to ship. It was busy and they handled the rush with ease. Great group of very hard working people!
