Needed a small piece of tape to ship something and the clerk insisted I would need to buy an entire roll after asking to use the tape dispenser on the counter... I will never return to this ups store location.

Third time I have had to reach out to customer service. No packages have any proof of delivery. I have personally seen driver in our area throw packages at people's apartment doors. This is why buisness in this location is experiencing less customers. Management needs to do better and hold employees accountable.

I was waiting in line and the manager said I could auto scan my item and get a receipt. I said I was fine waiting in line and wanted to hand it to someone and her response was “whatever then” that’s not how you speak to someone who was patiently waiting. I’d avoid this location!
