The two young men working the counter were so pleasant and helpful. A customer was nasty to them before me, but they were able to quickly reset, and accommodate me. I love when young black men change the narrative.

Who would of guessed that my over night package never got there nor can they find it in the system. The lady at the counter,Very heavy set and covered in tattoos was very very very loud and over bearing. . Loud, obnoxious, over bearing. Likes to talk I tell you what. No boundaries. I know more about your personal life then I care to know lady and I was only in the store for 5 minutes. Did I mention that she was loud and over bearing? Anyways I never got my package and was told to go to the FedEx hub down the road about 5-10 mins. She told me it closed at 7 or 8. WRONG....they close at 6....why couldn't she tell me this...What it comes down to is I should of looked up the address and operation hours myself....so I went down the road and I will never do business at that location again. I will pay EXTRA just to avoid that location.

I haven't used this location but started to however based on the reviews. I will not. Just posting this comment to help others out because someone said there's isnt another location. There's a Fedex shipping office inside of Walmart in Midlothian near Hancock Drive or Road that's the one I use.

I thought I was the only person having problems with Holly. I called fedex and asked them why she still there after people repeatedly complains about her. Her customer service and attitude sucks. It's said because the workers are awesome and have great customers service. Their attitude are top notch. I had a package being shipped to new york and it was somebody credit cards. Well they take the dash out the address. I asked her could she put the correct address off to the side. She told me no and I asked her could I correct it.. she told me No. I'm a retired letter carrier. If someone new or don't know the address has a dash in between. The package could end up anywhere and postage not cheap. Holly is not professional at all. And I stopped by the other day because I just left a borrower house. The other 2 guys greeted me when I came in. Before I left out I told everybody have a good day. You know who didn't open their mouth. And she started talking about me. One of the guys look right in my face. I reported her in the past because her customer service sucks and I know people that worked for her before and they have told me how disrespectful she is. And I have watched her. Her attitude stinks. So I have to take the advice...stop going even if its convenient. She's in the field. Customer service isn't Holly area. Find another job Holly because customer not your strength.
