  Staff made mistake and shipped my box as SOLD when it should have been NOT SOLD. Staff was called to hold the box and told me they would hold the box but didn’t inform the manager. My box was shipped out of the store (heading out of the country) and the staff did not offer help to retrieve the box. No one took accountability for the mistake and all they did for me was telling me to call the customer service number. Very poor experience with this store.

  Holly is the worse. Can't believe she still works there! Slammed the phone in my ear and I was just trying to get status on my invites for my nonprofit organization to help single mothers in the community. So glad my cause is much bigger than her response

  Called the office to confirm passport photos were able to be provided digitally. Was informed by the manager that yes it was possible. I informed her that I was on my way and will be there in a couple minutes. Got there to be told she’s at lunch and give her 20 minutes. I said that’s okay, I’ll be back later. Came back and was informed that the manager is on a meeting call and it will be about an extra 30 minutes. I get it that things happens, but she did not bother to come out and apologize or have someone else take the photos or even say, hey give me a couple minutes I’ll jump off the call and take the passport photo and another staff can finish the process while she goes back to her meeting. She seems like a manager with no sense of people skills.

  WOW!! SUPER PLEASANT & SUPER FAST!! It's 640pm! I already had my Amazon return boxed and the label printed. Jay got my label, scanned it, gave me a receipt, inserted my label in a FedEx plastic 'thingy'! BOOM. I'm done!! This is the FedEx Office Print and Ship at 12540 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Chester VA

  During my visit, I was assisted by an employee named Jay. His behavior was inappropriate from the start. He appeared to be under the influence or impaired (he smelled strongly of marijuana and seemed unfocused), which is extremely concerning in a customer-facing role. I came in with a small package that was already prepared and simply needed to be taped.He said I needed a box and I stated no I do not and instead of assisting, Jay tried to hand me tape and asked if I wanted to do it myself. I clarified that I expected assistance, as this is part of the service. After that, he began laughing with a coworker in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional. He proceeded to help someone else and ask could I move over to the side. What made the situation worse is that the manager on duty, Holly, was standing nearby and witnessed the interaction but did not step in or address the behavior at all. When I asked if she was the manager, she confirmed she was but did not acknowledge or correct the situation in any meaningful way. This entire experience was disrespectful, unprofessional, and not reflective of the level of service I expect from FedEx. Employees should be held accountable for their conduct, especially when it involves potential impairment and poor treatment of customers. Overall, this experience was a 0/10 and extremely disappointing. Corporate was also contacted and aware of this experience.
