The woman in the passport department is quite possibly the rudest person that I’ve ever met.

These people constantly leave all the mailboxes wide open in the community where I live. At least three times a week they leave all the mailboxes open. Everybody’s mail is just there for grabs. You sent certified mail and they always claim that the mailbox was not accessible so they couldn’t deliver it and when I ask for the packages, they do not know where it is. It was not delivered, but they don’t have it. They are stealing.

This place sucks. They lose a package at least three times a month. The tracking number says it was delivered, but in reality nobody knows where it is. You sent certified mail to a residential home with a mailbox in front of it by the street, and they claim the mailbox was not accessible, and the package just disappears. FedEx is a way better option.

I never thought I would give a 1-star review but goodness gracious! I should have listened to the other reviews and gone to a different post office. I’ve never experienced such a mismanaged post office in my life! I understand that you are understaffed but there is no need to be so rude and straight up nasty to folks. I should have walked out after hearing the way the two workers at the counter were talking to people ahead of me! Save yourself the time and headache and go to the other post office 10 minutes up the road, this one will have you waiting 20 minutes in line, only to be met with an attitude when you finally get to the counter. If you dislike your job so much that you are abusing customers, you should probably look for work elsewhere. According to the staff, this location doesn’t have a manager to accept complaints, which would explain why this location is so mismanaged. Save yourself the headache and choose a different post office.

Please work on customer service and speaking clearly. Clerk #27 spoke so low and quickly I could not even understand what she said. Also to greet and speak to every customer ahead of me, but was rude when I walked up was uncalled for. Do better.
