Rude. Inconsiderate. Disrespectful. Dishonest. They are unwilling to help when they fail to scan in packages and then go on to lose them. The "manager" doesn't manage. The "workers" don't work. This location is TRASH, and that's putting it nicely.

I’ve been using this post office over 30 years. Have a PO.Box for as many too. Sad to see how they treat people. Wanted to pay my premium for the P.O. Box and was told someone called in sick and they had to close. It’s 1:45 pm in the afternoon. Someone named Corey said can’t help you. This isn’t the first time. Hard to believe people just don’t care.

I generally do not like leaving negative reviews, but if I could give this location negative five stars, I would. When I arrived at the office, there were five people in line ahead of me. I did not expect the wait to take very long. However, I relied on the faulty assumption that USPS “workers” were actually working. Unfortunately, no one was at the counter. We all stood in line for about 10 minutes, with several people eventually giving up and leaving. At that point, an employee with blue hair came to the front counter. She clearly saw the line—which had grown even longer by then—and simply shook her head. Without saying a single word to the customers who had been waiting, she made a phone call and then walked back into the office. That was the breaking point. Most of the people in line, including myself, gave up and left. I do not think I have ever experienced customer service this poor. At this point, the government would be better off shutting down this office and saving taxpayers some money. Paying these “workers” is clearly not an efficient use of taxpayer dollars, since they do not appear to have any desire to actually work.

this has to be THE worst post office I've ever experienced in my half a century of life. any time I have had to come here it's been enraging. I would list all the reasons why it's awful but I don't feel like writing a novel. it would be quicker to list the positives so here we go: 1. .... yep. nothing.

They have nothing in stock, have to wait in line just to get an envelope to mail something out. Terrible, lazy, incompetent
