  Initial transaction was going great with another employee. Then, a bald old black man walks up from behind the counter to the register and immediately starts arguing and debating with me at the counter in my face if the nozzle returned was Authentic or Fake. Item was already scanned and returned too 😐😐😐 First of all, Why’s it matter? Why are you debating with the customer? You should apply at Amazon as SECURITY & LOSS PREVENTION if you want to be snarky & invasive like that , customers always right.

  I would highly recommend this store it’s very business set we able to get our mail here and our orders on line delivery her you we can still handle our personal and business need the staff is out of this world the help me when we hand over 15 packages the help me to mu car ever time there is no line and over staff with employees!!

  For the past 5 to 6 years, I have regularly visited the UPS location on Eden Way in Chesapeake, VA to drop off packages, and have generally received excellent customer service. However, my recent encounters with Skylar were subpar due to her rude demeanor and unkempt appearance. Given that this was our second interaction, I hope that additional training will enhance her customer service skills and attention to personal grooming. I recommend customer service training and a discussion about maintaining a professional appearance..
