  I just want to compliment the woman who helped make my day a bit better and inspired me to pay it forward to two other random workers as I went about my day. Exceptional patience and kindness on display as I tried to complete my returns. It's random everyday kindness like this that can really make the world a better place. Bless her.

  Very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. The associate was extremely rude and dismissive toward me throughout the interaction, and I felt I was being treated differently because of my race. Her tone and behavior made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. She initially told me there would be a $5 charge to tape my box. I came back with the box already taped, but she continued to be rude. After giving me the receipt, she did not put the shipping label on the box and started doing other things. When I asked her to put the label on my package, she responded, “Do you want to see me put the label on?” I said yes, of course, because I wanted to make sure it was properly attached. I have never experienced customer service like this. The interaction felt discriminatory, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and reviews how customers are being treated at this location.
