I had a great experience at The UPS Store today thanks to Monica! I came in needing to print my resume on my own linen paper, and she was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the time to make sure we had the correct side of the paper for printing and even wanted to test it first to make sure everything came out exactly the way I wanted. What really stood out was how friendly and personable she was. We had a great conversation while getting everything figured out, and she made what could have been a simple transaction a genuinely enjoyable experience. Monica was professional, patient, and willing to make sure the job was done right. Excellent customer service and definitely deserving of five stars!

Hey UPS, maybe have a conversation with your employees about not being a raging jerk to customers who are simply trying to mail a package. Therese was unnecessarily rude from start to finish—rolling her eyes, throwing attitude left and right, and refusing to let me use a small piece of tape from the roll sitting directly next to her, instead insisting I purchase an entire roll. The Christian rock playing peacefully in the background while she treated me like mailing a package was a personal attack against her really completed the experience. Thanks for being a jerk for absolutely no reason, Therese. I will not apologize for having the audacity to walk into a UPS Store and need to… ship something.

You know I was super skeptical about seeing a whole bunch of five star reviews at a UPS store… After visiting this location, I clearly understand why they have so many five star reviews… The moment you walked in you’re greeted with a warm welcome from an associate saying “hello, welcome in” with a smile on their face… Never have I ever been to a UPS store where they seemed to be happy to do their job and happy to go above and beyond to help their customers!! fantastic work ethic thanks for being a great service to the community!!
