  Professional and awesome friendly workers! The place is always clean and everything is always working. I was able to print there and mail return various items, in different ways, to different places and she was AWESOME w/helping me and didn't make me feel as if I was an inconvenience. Thank you!

  Usually always go here because this is one of the places where amazon says no box is needed when I return things. Today, I used the self server kiosk to start the return process and I didnt have a tape to tape the label to the plastic they provided. I went to the front asking for tape and she immediately said I needed a box for this WHICH amazon clearly said I DIDN'T. But she ignored what I said and gave another solution, which was to give me ANOTHER plastic case and charge me 3.99 for it. The item was already in a clear plastic bag that THEY provided at the kiosk. I clearly showed her the label and the item. Do the staff here not know their own plastic bags?? I just needed TAPE but she acted as if I started a return process with her when I clearly said I already used the kiosk and had the receipt. Waste of a 20 min drive.

  I’ve been so happy with this UPS store since it’s been opened……closer to our neighborhood for one!! Since I’ve been coming here regularly, I’ve really found all of the employees to be kind, friendly and welcoming. 😉

  Arrived to find a short line to the desk. While the customer at the desk was completing paperwork, the agent called me to the desk and processed my package. That’s what I call efficiency. The agent knew her customers Had other places to be and she and her fellow cashier worked diligently to keep the lines from overflowing. Kudos to the people who work at this company.

  Marie was rude and unhelpful. She made it impossible to mail a package. She proceeded to ignore guests to chit chat with fellow employee. She would roll her eyes when asked questions and not even give any verbal answers back. Just “mmhmm”. I understand she is well versed in package delivery because she works there, but not everyone goes to ups on the daily basis. She should show a little grace and be understanding when other people may not have all the answers. She definitely needs to be retrained on her customer service skills.
