Mrs. Erin Dionne the very best. She is a complere pleasure. To absorb Her energy gives of high levels of acknowledgement and entertainment. Trust me, you do not want to miss her class. Teaching is her calling. My classroom experience was remarkably. All students left her class with the full understanding of their duties as an Security Officer in the state of Virginia. She demands respect and respect was given. Eagle Security Solutions Inc provides a grade a rewarding service. In 2022, my firm retained Curtis Marshall through Eagle Security as a firearms, ballistics, and shooting range expert in a dispute involving a shooting range constructed in a residential neighborhood. The case involved bullets leaving the range, striking neighboring properties, passing near residents, and creating noise that prevented the most basic use and enjoyment of their properties. I have worked with many experts across a wide range of industries throughout my career, but I was struck by both Mr. Marshall’s depth of expertise and his ability to handle difficult lines of questioning in a manner that, in my experience, is exceedingly rare. The case involved an unusual number of last-minute changes to hearing and briefing schedules. Mr. Marshall went far beyond what I have typically had to ask of experts to ensure he was available whenever we needed him — even altering a pre-planned family vacation at the last minute. The most important comment I can make, however, concerns the breadth of Mr. Marshall’s knowledge. His expertise extended not only to firearms, ballistics, and shooting range safety, but also to related areas that became important during the case. One example makes the point. One issue in our case was whether bullets from the range had struck neighboring trees. During questioning, opposing counsel unexpectedly pressed Mr. Marshall on how he could determine whether a hole in a tree was caused by a bullet, whether it came from the defendants’ range, or whether it had even been made within the past decade. There was no reason for Mr. Marshall to have anticipated that the questioning would move into the specific biology and repair patterns of damaged trees. But without hesitation, he explained how different types of trees respond to that kind of damage, what regrowth and repair patterns look like over time, and even the significance of specific fibrous growths around the affected areas. He was able to explain the mechanics of what the trees were showing with a level of detail and clarity that sounded as though it came from a tree expert — not merely a firearms and ballistics expert. That answer captured what made him so valuable in the case: his expertise was not narrow or mechanical, but practical, broad, and deeply grounded in real-world experience. I cannot recommend Mr. Marshall and Eagle Security highly enough. Anyone seeking an expert in firearms, ballistics, shooting range safety, or related fields should strongly consider contacting them. Mr. Marshall was a tremendous asset to the ultimate success of our case, and our clients understood that a major component of that success was his work.
