If a customer wasn’t given a QR code, USPS’s only solution is to tell customers to drive to FedEx down the street, pay (in my case) almost $4 just to print one label, and then have to drive all the way back for the actual package dropoff. On top of that, the self serve kiosk wouldn’t let me scan in my prepaid label for no apparent reason, warranting another wait in line. Both people working that day were curt, although I can’t really blame them. If being a customer here is this frustrating, I can only imagine what they have to deal with as employees.

I went to ask for help locating a package and an older gentleman with a mustache treated me horribly like I was inconveniencing him and wasting his time when all I was trying to do was locate the package that THEY lost.
