- ESEmily SloanJul 2, 20261.0They have lost 3 of my packages since I moved here a year ago. The issue isn’t that my mail is being lost in transit it’s that our mail person is not able to read properly and therefore does not put my packages in the correct box. Since I live in an apartment, I’ve had multiple of my items stolen because my packages are just put in the complete wrong mailbox. I’ve put in requests about missing packages and they have told me that because it was marked as delivered in the correct spot that there’s nothing they can do. Well, just because the driver marked it as delivered in the correct spot doesnt mean the driver actually knows where the right spot is. How can I prove this to USPS when I don’t have any evidence to show for it? Please hire some drivers who know how to read and count.

My packages are always put in the wrong bag and sent to the Wrong Towns & then back to Richmond, back to Charlottesville so my packages can be misrouted again! Way Too Many Errors from the Charlottesville Terminal! Something needs to be done; I am sick & tired of waiting for my Packages an extra 4 days because Charlottesville cannot Route Packages properly!
