  Having a sign on the door asking customers to be kind to the staff because the store is short staffed is one thing. I understand that. However, when I walk into the store as the only customer and there are three employees having a personal conversation in the back who see me walk to to the counter and make no move to come assist that's just bad service. Female employee made eye contact with me while I walked to the counter and then made no move to come help me until the other employee was done with his story. Their conversation was not work related.

  I have used this location for years. They absolutely know what they are doing at this location. This particular UPS Store gets extremely busy, and the customer flow is unpredictable. The biggest issue is that the customers themselves are often confused about how to ship just about anything and drag out every interaction. If you see they are backed up, try to return at a different time of day.

  Gary was phenomenal in assisting my husband and I with an oversized shipment. He went out of his way to help us and was so personable while doing so. We really appreciated his customer service and going above and beyond to make our experience an easy one!

  I have been to plenty UPS across the country where I have shipped out hundreds of the same item I was trying to ship out today. UPS is amazing so this is not a direct reflection of them. This is for the rude, arrogant, condescending worker today. I did not catch his name but he was a tall fella with all the buttons on his shirt off and his chest hair hanging out. As I said I ship this same item hundreds of times a year and do the exact same procedure every time. I already have a priority label for my package, which warrants they give me a priority box or package to use (complimentary with the priority label). He said they did not have any complimentary boxes, which I said I understand it happens and can I have one of the complimentary bubble wrap packages instead. He said those are only for documents, and would not give me one. (A bubble wrap package for only documents?) I relayed to him that I do this same procedure all the time and the UPS always provides them. He then began to condescendingly say, "let me repeat myself one more time so that you understand-". I cut him off, for his benefit, and stated I would just go to another UPS. Once again this bad apple does not directly reflect UPS, but someone might want to teach the 50 year old protector of complimentary bubble wrap packages the correct procedures before he starts talking to people like they are 6 years old (when he is in the wrong).

  Been here twice, and this place has been horrible both times. The staff here is extremely and lacks efficiency.. furthermore, their scanning machines are broken.. how hard can it be to keep a UPS store running smoothly… I’ve never had an issue at any other UPS store
