  A terrible mailing experience! If you've ever experienced racial discrimination, you'll understand exactly how I felt. I went to the store to mail a package and was first in line when I arrived. When the employee Ashok, became available to handle packages, he immediately told me to wait aside because he wanted to serve a white woman behind me instead. He didn't even ask if I was in a hurry or if I minded letting her go first—he just rudely told me to wait, then smiled and walked off to assist someone else. And to make matters worse, when it finally was my turn, he couldn't even log into the store's email system. His unprofessional and unfriendly behavior was deeply offensive. Still, I patiently waited for him to complete his job, which he should have been able to do quickly and efficiently. But no matter what, I won't be returning to this racist UPS location ever again.

  Sam at the UPS Store on Pantops is amazing! The store was a little busy when I came in with several returns but she handled all the commotion very well and was patient with other customers and me.

  The Internet never works here, don't waste your time bringing anything that requires returning something that needs the Internet

  I return items via UPS regularly. The other day the manager very rudely said I had to pay for tape to secure 2 pkgs together (per the UPS Return Service). I tried to explain the 2 pkgs were 1 order and UPS said to tape them together. The dialogue escalated with both of us yelling. And me leaving surprised & frustrated, with my returns
