Began asking questions then the woman I spoke to cut me off: "You need to speak to printing. This is customer service " "I'm sorry. I pressed option 2 to speak to-" Before I could finish speaking, I was back on hold. Lee in print services answered. I wanted to email a PDF document, 1 page, color, single sided. I needed 7 copies. This entire job would be output by a Canon or Xerox color copier in less than 2 minutes. First Lee explained that "our email is down right now.". Really? No email at all? Ok. I can bring in my laptop then. "We only accept flash drives." Do you sell them? I could buy a flash drive from you and copy the file from my laptop. "Ok, but we are out of regular 11x17 paper right now. All we have is glossy." If that's all you have, I guess that will work. Last question: can I get the 7 copies laminated? "Actually we already have 5 jobs due by 5pm. I don't think we can do this for you." Helpful tip: maybe lead with that info in the future?
