  I’ve actually had good experiences at this location in the past, there is a guy who works here who has been incredibly helpful with finding items in the aisles before. However, my experience at the end of the day recently was a complete 180. ​I went in to return an office supply order placed on the Staples website. Despite company policy allowing for extended return windows on office supplies, the employees on duty were totally uninformed and gave up on trying to process the transaction almost immediately. ​Look, it was the end of the day and I get that everyone has off days, but that is still no excuse to be outright rude to a customer. Instead of offering actual assistance, the staff was dismissive. As they handed me a corporate phone number, they made snarky comments like "good try" and "good luck, man." ​I eventually just figured it out myself by initiating a UPS return on the website (yes, I’m a bit stubborn, but I was in fact correct about the return policy, there was literally a button for it). To make the whole trip even more bizarre, the store environment was incredibly awkward; I overheard a younger female employee lecturing a manager? about their "manners" right in the middle of the floor. If you need to do a return, skip the store and just handle it online.

  Based on reviews i thought this place would be quick and easy to get passport photos. I come in on a Thursday midday, am told by the worker he’s finishing a ballon order then going over to media counter and only after there’s no people at the media counter will he help me with photos. I decided to wait. After 15 minutes he’s still working on the ballon order and after 30 minutes there’s now 4 (started at 1) people waiting at the media counter. I decided to leave and go to FedEx down the road, was in and out in 5 minutes plus it’s cheaper than here. Don’t waist your time.

  Ana and Danielle were fantastic! They quickly helped me find my Brother drum and walked me right to the product. When I got back to the register, the service didn’t stop there. Ana took the time to explain the coupon process, and Danielle jumped in to tell me about the price guarantee. Everything was seamless. I ended up saving nearly $20 on my purchase, and I couldn’t be happier. The way these girls assisted me genuinely surprised me. I was impressed by how well they worked together, how attentive they were, and how knowledgeable they were about the Staples motto. It wasn’t until afterward that I mentioned I’m good friends with the General Manager—and that was only after I had already checked out and received my receipt. Well done, STAPLES 0320!

  I got to the door at 8 PM and Luke went over in a bath to help me get something out UPS that had a deadline of today. I really appreciate the effort he went to on my behalf. He is Someone you want representing staples.
