The customer service inside the building is consistently poor, with employees often coming across as rude, dismissive, and unwilling to assist customers with even basic questions. Instead of being helpful and professional, many interactions feel like you’re inconveniencing them simply by asking for assistance. The delivery service is even more frustrating. On multiple occasions, I have had packages that required a signature, and the carrier never even attempted to come to my front door. Rather than knocking or making a genuine effort to obtain a signature, they simply leave a notice claiming that no one was available to sign. This is completely inaccurate and incredibly frustrating when someone is home waiting for the delivery. It appears far easier for the carrier to leave a slip in the mailbox than to actually perform the service they are being paid to provide. As a result, customers are forced to waste additional time traveling to the post office to retrieve packages that should have been delivered in the first place. This defeats the entire purpose of paying for delivery service. Between the unprofessional attitude of the staff and the lack of effort from the delivery personnel, this location has demonstrated a consistent pattern of poor customer service and lack of accountability. I expect significantly better from a service that people rely on for important mail and packages. Until management addresses these issues and holds employees accountable, I cannot recommend this post office to anyone. One of the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experiences I have dealt with.
