  In general the employees are not interested in being helpful. They do the bare minimum of what is necessary and that’s it. I had 2 faxes sent there( I asked ahead of time if I could do that) and when I went to pick them up, they had no idea where they were and didn’t seem at all concerned. I would think a business of this sort would have a box for incoming faxes.

  $3 for two simple black-and-white, single-sided copies is unreasonable. The receipt even listed the service as “email” instead of “copy,” which was confusing. I was very surprised by the price, especially since other places charge only a few cents per page. The pricing should be clearly posted before customers use the service

  ⭐️ Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience One of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had at a UPS Store. The attitude of the staff is extremely disrespectful, dismissive, and, in my experience, at times felt discriminatory. They routinely make customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and simple requests turn into unnecessary arguments and excuses. Every time I have tried to use a service—from printing to notarization—there seems to be a “system issue,” an excuse, or some reason they cannot provide the service. They also stop offering notary services at 3 PM, which is extremely inconvenient. I had an especially disturbing incident involving my phone. My phone went missing while I was in the store, and I later found it underneath the counter. Whether intentional or not, the situation was extremely concerning and left me with serious doubts about how customers’ belongings are handled. I also have serious privacy concerns regarding documents sent to the store for printing. Customers send sensitive documents to the store’s email system, and I was concerned that those emails and documents were not being deleted after printing. When I asked for my documents to be deleted, instead of simply addressing my privacy concern, I was met with attitude and disrespect. The way customers are looked up and down and spoken to is completely unacceptable. This is supposed to be a professional business where customers should feel respected and their personal information should be handled responsibly. My experience with FedEx Office and Staples has been completely different. The process there feels much more professional and customer-focused. Management needs to seriously address the customer service, treatment of customers, document privacy, and overall professionalism at this location. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this store.
