- AAAlyssaMay 23, 20261.0Literally the RUDEST STAFF! No one is helpful when you ask a question. They literally nickel and dime you every time you come in. I used to frequent the post office a lot for work, they used to have sleeves to put mailing labels in because when you tape it they said it sometimes won’t scan. This guy tells me to tape it when there’s a roll right next to him and that the tape is $4 to purchase a roll… Fine I go over there are tape strips for $1.45.. Call me crazy but if I were working here and someone needed a small piece of tape or two, I’d just do it for them. You’ll know who the guy is cause he is the one guy with the worst RBF! I don’t understand how he is still employed here when he’s so rude!

Eduardo was interacting very harshly. He should be trained to be hospitable and amiable. Otherwise should be removed. Thanks.

- LLLukeJan 17, 20261.0Kul is the least helpful employee I’ve ever interacted with as USPS and that’s saying something because I’ve only ever had one positive experience out of many. Unfortunately I don’t remember that employees name because she was wonderful. Kul on the other hand was incredibly unhelpful. I needed to mail something that I had prepaid labels for and he wouldn’t let me use their tape to tape it to my bubble mailer because apparently their tape is a precious commodity. I had to get out of line, go buy their tape, wait back in line for 10 minutes all because he wouldn’t let me use their tape even when other employees on other occasions did. I get that it’s a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme, but it’s just ridiculous that this is what happened over something small like a piece of tape.
