  Disappointing nickel-and-diming at this location Before I write my complaint, I want to mention that they do have good customer service. My issue is with UPS as a corporation. I dropped off a return package today and was charged $3.28 just for them to print their own label. That is a very excessive fee for a label! This is the latest in a pattern of small upcharges every time I have to mail something here. Very frustrating and feels like they're nickel-and-diming customers at every turn. Poor value compared to other shipping options. I will be sure to take my returns to other places in the future.

  Terrible customer service. I don’t know the employee’s name, but he was a heavyset Hispanic man. He was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. He seemed annoyed from the start and had no sense of how to speak to customers respectfully. Instead of being helpful, he acted as though assisting customers was a burden. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I will not be returning to this store and will choose a different business in the future. There are plenty of places that treat their customers with respect. Very disappointing experience.

  After an hour at the Verizon store trying to return a router. Due to a system error they emailed me an ups label. I was about to pay out of pocket at UPS to box and send, but the owner said let me look at something. He found the QR code needed to where Verizon paid for everything. The owner went above and beyond after an abysmal hour long call with Verizon to return my equipment. Thank you!

  Rodney is the best manager, always helpful and kind! The prices are excellent!! very friendly and professional workers, i recommend going to these amazing people and store.

  Customer service from the manger its ridicules. His so called the manager and the location owner. Has the worse customer service attitude. He not only looked like a toddler had just ate lunch on his shirt but needs to understand that an attitude doesn’t help his business.
