  Absolutely horrible customer service experience!!! This location needs to check their workers attitudes. Came into the store to do a quick drop off return on Friday evening. I understand that I came into the store with 10mins left until closing but all it was, was a simple drop off nothing else! You’re not closed yet so I should have been treated like any other customer. Wasn’t asking for anything crazy. The workers completely ignored my entrance and seemed very annoyed that I even came into the store before even asking what was needed. I told them it was just a drop off and they just needed to give me a receipt. Took like 30secs max. Gave the worst look and body language. I get you hate your job but fix your attitude!!

  Everyone is always kind and helpful. Rodney and Rob are great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Always super easy to get what I need done at this location.

  I had to get a few documents notarized and mailed within a short period of time, and the employee who helped us, Robert Conrad, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to his kind assistance, I was able to get those figured out with no issues. I visited several different mail carriers recently, and this location is by far the best and the most professional. Thank you for the amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

  This store is ALWAYS above and beyond to help and I’ve never experienced such great service. Even at high end establishment’s. Rodney Middleton is fantastic and helped me tremendously. All the staff here have always been incredible. 15/10!
