- WWWT5 days ago1.0both employees are completely unable to fill out passport renewals. after having one sent i got a letter from the state saying it had been filled out incorrectly and id need to get the post office to fix it. I have been unable to. DO NOT COME HERE TO RENEW YOUR PASSPORT

I walked in …they are helping someone and another person is waiting. The lady behind the counter yells WE ARE CLOSED! COME BACK WHEN WE ARE OPENED TILL 2…. Well… I work till 5:00 and can’t come prior to work.. inconvenient and bad customer service…. BTW…. I walked in 2 min till closed and if they are actually closed… they should have locked their doors… looks like I won’t ever get my mail…. And I can see why their reviews are so low…
