- NAnick “asuzo” a6 days ago5.0Many people do not like Marilynn because of her attitude and the way she treats others. However, one way to handle her behavior is by responding with the same confidence and a bit of sass. By doing this, she became more friendly and approachable towards me. Guys do exactly how i did.
- WWWendy WuJun 25, 20264.0I’ve had no issues with this USPS. Looking at the other reviews, I find them unfair in their judgment that they should work after their store closes at 5pm. Their hours are not dictated by them, it’s the lack of budget from the government that forces them to save money by having less operational hours. It sucks but their hours are out of their control. Have I gone there during their off hours and was frustrated? Yes. But I know it’s not the employees fault.
- TPTosha PowellJun 2, 20261.0I just left the post office at this location, where Julee advised me that overnight delivery is no longer offered at any post office. However, I successfully sent an item via overnight delivery yesterday at another location. I even showed her a copy of my receipt from yesterday’s overnight shipment, but she was unable to understand how the transaction was completed because, according to her, the post office does not offer overnight delivery services. I have never heard of such a policy, although I acknowledge that I could be mistaken. However, the information I received today directly contradicts my recent experience.
- KSK SMay 28, 20262.0One of the attendants there was rude and condescending, that's a norm for most USPS workers. Literally no need for her to speak so rudely to people. It makes coming to the post office a waste of time. Note: Julie is wonderful, pleasant and polite. If she is on duty - WAIT for her!
