Printing and shipping handouts for a large conference I was presenting at by a specific deadline. And shipping a box of books with it. He explained what he Needed. Asked me to email and then come back to the store and sat with me to be sure it was what I needed. Then he assured me he would take care of everything and not to worry. He has great presence. And great customer service. I will only be working with him from this point forward. He is an honest, helpful, and great person. And you will not go wrong. And let me update. I made a mistake with one if the files and realized after he was done. Sam didn’t hesitate. Corrected it for me and got things done. First class.

However, I had a fingerprint appointment there, and it turned out to be incredibly convenient and more affordable than the PSI test fingerprint. The staff was very polite and helpful throughout the process. I’ll definitely return for their services again.

The gentleman assisting me was unfriendly and spoke to me in a dismissive tone throughout the process. When providing instructions for fingerprinting, he appeared impatient and lacked professionalism in his interactions. The overall customer service experience made me feel unwelcome, and the process felt rushed rather than handled with care and courtesy. I understand that people can have busy days, but basic professionalism and respectful communication are important, especially when assisting customers with required services. I hope management addresses these concerns so future visitors have a more positive experience.
