- SMSandy Miller4 days ago2.0Excuses excuses. I have ordered 5 packages and they were all supposed to come in same day (which was Thursday July 2nd) but said "no access to delivery location". Today, I have received 2 of my packages. 3 of those packages still say "no access to delivery location" and it has said that since the 2nd. Today is now the 6th. I have tried calling and cannot get pass their AI System to ask why or to talk to an actual human. I'm hoping there is no delivery package thief in the area. I had this exact same issue with FedEx back in January and i've never received my package from them. There's no cars, animals, or gates blocking the mailbox or the porch to set the mail on. If you're able to deliver 2 today then you should have delivered the other 3 today as well. They should not be heavy packages i did not even order anything extremely heavy. If i do not receive these packages within a week then the law will be involved.

Mail is constantly not delivered despite there being zero reason for this, there's no fence, no gate - absolutely no obstruction that would require packages not being delivered. However, every package is returned to the office and an Informed Delivery notice left continuously advising non-delivery. This then requires driving all the way in from outside city limits - why bother to have a delivery service when you do not actually provide delivery services? Truly a horrible service provider, and if I could deduct stars I would for the sheer lack of services provided.
