Not all are bad but the drivers that couldn't care less if the package goes where it belongs erks me so much multiple times I've had to track down my package like a man hunt and sometimes I never find it . Even with delivery instructions with directions.

$40-110 cheaper than UPS in Bristol TN for large packages, and the staff is friendly and informative, unlike UPS. It is a little out of the way though, and doesnt look like a storefront, it looks like a distribution center.

We have been waiting 3 days for a package! Apparently William? likes to just drive right on by the house he is suppose to be delivering to... but doesnt stop.. oh no! We watched him not deliver our package and then send a undeliverable notice! Do better!
