- RBReese BuckSep 10, 20265.0I was extremely satisfied with the service that I received when I called this post office to help me locate a package that I had sent in their district. The package itself was returned to sender because of an in completion on the buyers end. However, after speaking with Angie (The post office Employee that answered my call) I was Very confident that the package would reach its destination without having to be returned. She was very friendly and professional, and took it upon herself to go the extra mile to ensure my request was fulfilled
- MCMicah ChildressAug 27, 20261.0USPS, which primarily deals with shipping items based on their labels, apparently cannot print prepaid labels. In 2026. Unreal.
- YYYun YinJun 2, 20261.0staff is not helpful but very disrespectful when asked to clarify.
- SSSuzzudul Islam ShuvoMay 22, 20261.0The word incompetence was probably invented for their employees. The old woman in there refuses to do anything complicated and just delegates it to the young woman every time. They couldn’t find a past receipt of mine, even if I gave them all the info about my order even the credit card records. Also, when they were looking for my order, both of them were utterly disrespectful: shaking their heads, showing disgust, and saying things like "NO" without even properly trying. They were just there to make some easy bucks that's all.
- TVThiên VũApr 13, 20261.0Most irresponsible service and staff I have ever seen! The head post officer Caroline or Carolina or something (not sure if I spell her name correctly but don't really care) is so terrible! Feel like they just refuse to be reponsbile for their trash service
