  one of the male workers was very rude to me. i asked if he could check to see if i had a package because it was at the post office and he refused to even check, but was very rude about it and said it in a very rude tone. will not be ordering any packages to this store.

  i came in looking 👀 for public restrooms - but left with two sets of ear 👂 buds and a chocolate muffin … who knew i could be that blessed 😇

  Return went smoothly but the brunette woman working there this afternoon 9/26 was genuinely the meanest person I’ve ever met. She was slamming my returns around, being dissmissive and rude, and she yelled at a girl for coughing. I am in shock still.

  Today I had an extremely unpleasant experience with an older female employee with long gray/white hair worn in a braid. I came in for a Amazon return, but she was incredibly rude and unhelpful from beginning to end. I had already enlarged the return code on my phone to make it easier for her to see, but instead of simply helping, she complained that it was “too big.” She then complained that I was holding my phone too low because she was “tall,” even though we were approximately the same height. And she tossed my package receipt onto the desk as if it were "trash". When she had difficulty processing the return, rather than trying to resolve the issue professionally, she said she was busy, deliberately walked away, and left us standing there waiting. Her attitude throughout the interaction was dismissive, condescending, and unnecessarily hostile. What made the experience especially upsetting was that I felt I was being treated differently because of my race. I cannot know her intentions, but the way she spoke to and treated us made the interaction feel discriminatory and extremely uncomfortable. A customer should not be made to feel unwelcome or belittled while trying to complete something as routine as an Amazon return. I hope the owner or manager takes this seriously and reviews how customers are being treated by this employee. She is very rude!!!

  A very bad place to deal with, there is no respect for customers. This office does not have the secretariat of the things they receive. It opens private things. Build without asking us permission. After we leave the office, I do not recommend dealing with them
