Had an interaction with Kevin with the beard, absolutely disrespectful and rude. Extremely unprofessional. We went in having some questions and he yelled at us in front of many customers for calming asking questions, and talked to us like we were dumb the entire time. In my opinion he’s the absolute worst person to be in customer service.

If efficiency were measured in eye rolls and sighs, this post office would be setting national records. I came in expecting to mail a package and somehow left feeling like I’d interrupted the most important event of the day. Customer service seemed to be on an extended vacation. It’s amazing how something that should take a few minutes can feel like a masterclass in making customers feel unwelcome. Hopefully a little friendlier attitude finds its way to the counter someday.

Once again, I have been reprimanded by Kevin at the PO Window. Because of Postal Union contract, etc., he's covered. However, his representation of Berryville PO is unfortunate because the staff has always been so respectful, kind, and helpful in the past. My first encounter with Kevin was a couple of months ago when he schooled me on the spelling of the city to where my pkg was being sent. Even though I used what had been given to me, he stated that if he didn't correct it, it wouldn't be delivered. He used the same 9 digit code for the zip as I had. Now today, he was highly offended and rebuked me publicly that, "Really?" You chose a sad face?" To my total shock, I had not chosen that, but even more, that he would verbally admonish me for my choice. BPO customer service has taken a different path.

Employees are hard workers, with great small-town friendly attitudes. They're always very helpful and polite. They're able to help give good advice when needed, everything from the best shipping options to the best times of day to stop in to avoid rushes. Always a pleasure doing business with them.
