Sadly since the leaving, retirement (congrats), of Greg the customer service at this location is very poor. I was concerned about this and voiced that to him, he assured me that they had hired someone else… but that hasn’t helped, if anything it’s just another person to stand around in the back, which not sure if they are aware that we can see you and hear you… I want to make it very clear that this does NOT include the staff from the other locations trying to help. If it wasn’t for them coming in and working this location then they might as well just close the doors! I’ve actually gone to the surrounding locations to get the service I need for my business! Remington and Midland have been a blessing and I’m grateful for the ladies who want to actually work and provide a service to the public. In Bealeton you can expect long waits with no greeting or asking to wait a moment and then once they are “available” it’s like a problem having to provide you the service that they are hired to provide. I want to make it clear that if you come on a day that they have bribed an employee from another location that you will not experience the above. I’m writing this in hopes that something is done this time. I don’t care if you are related to or have relations with the people hired, if they don’t want to do there job there are plenty of people looking for a good job and would be more than happy to provide that service. It’s not just me either, I have spoke to many others with the same frustrations about this location. I’ve met really nice people while we all are wondering what is going on?!… I will continue to voice and spread the word until this is resolved. Practice what you post, in the Midland location there is an article framed and hung regarding the excellent customer service they are know for providing and they quoted that it is due to the demands of their customers AND due to the understanding of the employees! Do better, fix the problem because the growing community is demanding better customer service! We shouldn’t have to drive to other locations to get the service we Deserve! This isn’t just for me, it’s for all the people who had PREPAID for a service, now provide it!

I went in to ship a few items with QR codes. The label printer kept on getting jammed which I assume was happening due to the air conditioner not working. It was over 100 degrees outside. The clerks had small fans blasting where they stood. While I waited on the gentleman who was helping me to fix the printer for over 15 minutes, the other POS person pretended to be busy with absolutely nothing to do. A manager/supervisor had to come and ask her to help me with the rest of the items. As she reluctantly processed those shipments she marked “satisfied” with the smiley face icon on the checkout device. I think her name is Maxine. She kept me sweating in their hot office this whole time when she could’ve helped me, but she just did not want to do it. But had the audacity to give herself a positive feedback on my behalf. I will be filing an official complaint about my visit with the USPS.

We went in to get 1 adult and 4 minor passports today. Our agent Maxine was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made the process very stress-free. She was also so kind to the kids!

The post master is rude!! I as well as others in our apartment building are constantly having to run down to the post office for packages that could have been delivered as they say ONE person has complained of their package being taken. I advise him that I would like my packages left at my door(have a camera) and he still argued why something as simple as a jacket couldn’t be delivered. “I’m not going up argue with you” was the words used before disconnecting the phone when I just wanted some clarity as to how one person’s issue became the entire buildings. I definitely understand implementing something for them but no one else asked and I’ve lived in my residence a few years and this new “policy” just came out of nowhere but the rudeness from the post master I didn’t expect but customer service is their top priority. I wish I didn’t have to deal with this post office.
