I have a delivery message that a product I ordered was delivered by the USPS on Saturday, April 4, 2026 before noon to the parcel box here in Kennington community, Aylett, Va. It is not there. They don't take pictures like Amazon does which could be helpful. No one to reach on the weekends.

They need to fire ALL Current Staff and hire people that are competent andcan actually handle a job that needs to be done correctly because it can affect other peoples lives and finances.

This place should be shut down and investigated!!! Mail never arrives on time or at all!!! Waiting on an important letter or bill... well in Aylett you can plan on waiting for weeks on hand to finally get a piece of mail that was dated to be delivered weeks before!!! Packages oh packages arrive damaged!!! I purchased 100 of dollars Worth of photos that were ruined by being stuffed in a mail box because the lazy person can’t seem to read and the package that clearly states do not fold!!!!!! if there’s even a hint of some kind of card it’s usually looks like it’s been tampered with along with my amazon boxes! Oh and if you get mail with coupons or promotional deals with your magazines those are usually taken! I have received more of my neighbors mail in the past 5 years of living here than of my own!!! They will leave notes saying no one was home when I’ve been standing in my door way looking right at them or even standing in the front yard and they have slid the no one was home Slip right in the mail box and drive off or my personal fav.....They will mark packages as delivered when they have not and you Have to call and ask where your package is! Oh and don’t bother calling to complain to any type of authority or making a claim as it will go unfixed and things never get resolved! These people have even been on the news for incompetence and Still the issues at hand keep happening!!! I’m all about being understanding and maybe they were understaffed or training someone new but for 5 years I’ve lived here and this keeps happening constantly!!! Someone really needs to look into this and fix this problem! We are not the only ones with this issue in our area! Oh and just to be clear I have proof of all of what I’m saying! As of today only half my order was delivered while the other half says delivered and when you click on the tracking they say attempted to deliver owner was not home and I now have to make a trip to the post office to pick up the rest of my delivery!!! How is it I was able to get half my delivery but no one was home when I’ve been home all afternoon and you clearly delivered the other packages to me? Laziness and incompetence at its best!
