- RRrick riosMar 14, 20261.0The notary service does not know what they are doing. I had a ladybird deed and power of Attorney for my mother. I needed the notary to witness me sign the lady bird deed on behalf of my mom since the power of Attorney allows me to do that. They would not do it since they dont know what to do. Then why have notary license if they dont know what they are allowed to do with it. Worthless!!
