I’m very happy on how fast you guys work but some of the team members could use a little more training. For example, I received an Amazon product in its original packaging, but it should have been placed in an additional box or some type of protective packaging because the product’s original box can be opened very easily. Also, the shipping label was folded across three sides of the box. They’re just missing a little experience, but other than that, everything was good.

The owner of this UPS store, Ronald Mondarez, deserves high praise. Not only is he always polite, friendly, patient and helpful, but in my years of going to this store, I’ve found each and every one of his employees to be the same, without exception! He only hires the best and I also appreciate that he has sufficient staff on duty to enable quick service. Recently I worked with Drew to print programs for my brother’s funeral. Obviously, I wanted them to be “just right” and Drew clearly understood that and I could tell that he would do his very best. They turned out beautifully. I’ve actually interacted with Drew often and have only positive things to say about every single interaction.
