  I would like to recognize Chase at the UPS Store for providing outstanding customer service. I recently visited the store to send a fax, and Chase was extremely polite, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. He took the time to assist me with a positive attitude and made the experience quick and stress-free. After having a disappointing experience at another UPS Store location in the AshburnVillage/Plaza area, it was refreshing to receive such excellent service. Chase truly understands the importance of treating customers with respect and courtesy. Thank you, Chase, for your exceptional customer service.   I was trying to return a Temu package, and they told me that I had to buy a shipping bag that was $4.99. I decided to leave the store.

  Owner/manager was very disrespectful, when I walked in didn’t even acknowledge me after 5mins of waiting she finally asked what I was in the store for, didn’t even let me do my Amazon return after, never coming back to this UPS store again

  Avoid this UPS store, they don’t try to help you when it comes to trying to ship your Amazon returns out, instead they try to send you away
