- CCCaitlin CoffeyAug 16, 20261.0Do not mail anything important or sensitive at this post office. When my dad passed away, I attempted to mail some sensitive paperwork for myself and my dependent brother to his employer's HR office. USPS sent this paperwork to the wrong address against what was listed on my receipt and what I wrote down on the package. They are impossible to get a hold of and I have tried calling them several times about this issue to no avail. You can't even leave a voice mail or text. This is already a difficult time for my family and they made it significantly worse. For the low price of $6, you can have the same experience as me and have your family's social security numbers and bank account information leaked.

They are in a customer service industry and know nothing about it. Got yelled at my their worker today who called me a liar when she asked me what was in my envelope. Maybe she did not hear me since she had ear buds in listening her her music. Place needs to be shut down.
